Timing plays a big role in making a program like this work. The timing of the intervention could easily make the difference between a client who sprints forward with success or quits the program all together at once. Conclusion, I will do only what has been outlined in my scope of practice to provide the client with all of the necessary tools to reach his goal.

     Lanea Holesinsky has been my fitness/nutrition coach for four months and my tennis coach for two years. My number one goal for utilizing Lanea’s program is to gain energy and stamina.  Since joining her program I have had more energy and by following her workout programs, I am increasing my stamina.      It's going good!! I'm working out and walking/running a lot and doing good on the food. Eating plain Fage yogurt and high fiber All Bran twigs (LOL) and keeping the total sodium below 1500 for the whole day and lots of veggies and I bought a juicer and I'm juicing veggies and adding a tiny bit of fruit and snacks of a few almonds and bit of cheese, etc AND apples every day and once in a while almond butter NOT skippy and mineral water and tea and lots if water PHEW!! You taught me a lot!!​

     "I took your advice for the Cranberry Turkey Wrap, however I didn't place it in a wrap. I make it like a salad; Fresh spring greens, Dried Cranberry,some Sunflower Seed and tablespoon of Olive Oil. It is so good, I was never into salad, but I love it. I eat it all most every day, I would like to change the Sunflower seeds to Almonds. Would that be alright? And my mom told me to eat some popcorn with a little of Olive Oil and Cinnamon, that is good as well. I went to the doctor last Friday and I lost 10 pounds. Thank so much Kudos goes out to you.
